Job Summary
We are looking for an MEP Engineer – Mechanical with 3–4 years of experience in Mechanical MEP and BIM. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
- Prepare HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting layouts and technical drawings.
- Prepare and update mechanical shop/construction drawings.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for coordination requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Resolve design and model coordination issues with project teams.
- Incorporate design changes and site requirements into BIM models.
- Coordinate with architects, structural teams, consultants, and site engineers.
- Participate in BIM coordination and technical review meetings.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of mechanical BIM outputs.
Technical Skills Required
- Revit MEP – Mechanical
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks Manage
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems
- Working knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Fighting
- BIM and multidisciplinary coordination
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- BIM/Revit certification is preferred.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Mechanical MEP and BIM.
- Hands-on experience in Revit MEP is required.
- Experience in HVAC design/ modeling and coordination.
- Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- International/GCC project experience is an added advantage.

Note: This position is focused on Mechanical MEP. Strong Electrical MEP experience without sufficient Mechanical experience will not be considered.
