• 5 Years Experience in Gulf Project
• Should possess 6+ years’ experience in BIM Modeling
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the creation of Architectural and Interior Design (ID) models in accordance with project requirements and objectives.
• Manage the BIM process for Architecture and ID projects, ensuring efficient collaboration among team members.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting them in their daily tasks related to BIM modeling.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality standards for work, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve modeling processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential project issues, contributing to the overall success of projects.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, offering valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced BIM expertise.
• Document project files thoroughly to ensure clarity and organization for future reference.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
