Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Contribute to organisational development and growth plans.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job descriptions, interviews, on-boarding, and induction programs.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Support department heads in driving team performance and professional development.
Payroll & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
HR Policies & Documentation:
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain and manage HR records, documentation, and HRIS systems.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for employees across levels.
Compensation & Benefits:
Recommend and manage competitive compensation packages, employee benefits, and rewards programs.
Team Leadership:
Lead the HR team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high standards of service and HR delivery.
