The candidate will play a key role in managing design development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from Concept Design to Issued for Construction (IFC) stages.

 Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage interior design development from Concept Design to Issued for Construction (IFC).

 Handle client communication and participate in coordination meetings.

 Guide and coordinate the Design and BIM teams to ensure design intent and project requirements are achieved.

 Coordinate with Lead Design Consultants and multidisciplinary project teams including architecture, MEP, and other disciplines.

 Ensure all design deliverables meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

 Provide technical input and design problem-solving throughout the design and documentation stages.

 Review design drawings to ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.

 Requirements

 Minimum 10+ years of experience in Interior Design.

 Proven experience working on Residential Interior Design projects.

 Experience working on Middle East projects.

 Experience coordinating with Lead Design Consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

 Strong technical knowledge of interior design documentation and detailing.

 Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

 Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
